Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz.mitad de semana,.ideal para poner esas piernas a trabajar como es, por mi parte le di durisimo por aca, y les vengo a compartir esa rutina que los hara sudar como es 😂💪💪
Vamos por supuesto a calentar antes y a mantenernos bien hidratados antes durantes y despues del entrenamiento, para esta rutina vamos a ir ascendiendo en las repeticiones, comenzando desde la 8 hasta llegar a la 16, entre cada ronda descansamos solo 2 minutos, asi que mucha suerte, espero se animen 🥰🥰
