Imagine how shocked I was!
Despite the dismal weather today, I nearly reached 10,000 steps on my pedometer.
Thank goodness, my reliable smartwatch recorded every detail flawlessly.
Keeping the youngsters interested during recess could be challenging, especially if they had spent the entire day inside.
I took the younger ones to the playroom to begin their day with some much-needed climbing, jumping, and rolling around this time.
This sort of energetic play is really important because their motor skills are still developing.
The older children enjoyed a puppet show put on by their classmates in the afternoon.
It was intriguing to both young and old, and they were entirely responsible for its conception and execution!
My coworkers were enthralled with the performance as well, sitting in the first row.
My "babysitting" dogs greeted me warmly when I arrived at my friend's house from the busy school.
Despite I love for animals, I couldn't stand the constant barking of these three Miniature Schnauzers! (Really, from where do those tiny yelps originate?)
The difference between this and my own French bulldog is like night and day.
Their snacks present another difficulty.
To put it mildly, these fish-based allergy snacks smell... different.
Perhaps an air freshener designed especially for dog treats should be created!
Sadly, my day wasn't nearly done yet.
For the evening, a webcast on SIDS, or sudden infant death syndrome, was planned.
Although it wasn't required, I constantly want to learn new things. And the best thing of all?
From the comfort of my friend's house, I could watch it.
To get a clean picture and powerful sound, I connected my laptop to the TV.
Even though the webinar was really educational, I was exhausted and ready to go to bed.
In relation to that, my friend's bedroom features an amazing king-sized bed.
Even when you have a large bed all to yourself, does anyone else ever crawl to one side of it as I do?
Strange quirk or habit?
Wishing you all the best in life and much health.
