even without been in the medical line, this post actually gave a clear help on how to go about the first aid for someone, many have lost their beloved due to the fact that no help is coming through first aid

        The knowledge of Basic first -Aid is a life saver.
        Same with Fire Extinguishers
        Lot of us don't know how to operate it
