Good reflections you bring us, dear Hiver. The neglect of food added to the busy life can be conditioning to behaviors and thoughts, wrong and together a breeding ground for developing episodes of depression. Eating properly is valuable to strengthen and improve our overall physical and mental health. Likewise, I think it is right to let the “unhealthy” comments flow, it is not in our control and we can never please humanity; the day we do, we will have given up our life to live the life of others. Our gratitude, for being a faithful participant in our weekly calls. Health and wellness !PIZZA !LOLZ !BBH

Buenas reflexiones las que nos aportas querido Hiver. El descuido de la alimentación sumado a la vida ajetreada puede ser condicionante de conductas y pensamientos, erróneos y en conjunto un caldo de cultivo para desarrollar episodios de depresión. Comer adecuadamente es valioso para fortalecer y mejorar nuestra salud física y mental en general. Así mismo, me parece correcto dejar fluir los comentarios "poco saludables", no está en nuestro control y nunca podremos complacer a la humanidad; el día que lo hagamos, habremos renunciado a nuestra vida para vivir la vida de los demás. Nuestra gratitud, por ser un fiel participante en nuestras convocatorias semanales. Salud y bienestar.

Worrying about bad comment about us do not make sense, as far as those things are not true, we just have to continue living our life happily.
