Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was very sunny, so even though it was quite busy, we made sure to spend lots of time outdoors. In the yard, all the squirrels apparently had a meeting and decided to taunt Kaia. She chased them all but in spite of her best efforts, she couldn't catch one.
Le Chat seemed interested too but didn't join the hunt yet.
As often when we're a bit short on time, our long walk of the day was only to the small forest behind the front yard.
As expected, Le Chat quickly joined us there, before we went any deeper into the forest.
I always like to see these cute sisters moments.
When we did go further in, Le Chat didn't follow this time. That's pretty usual, she likes to stay close to home base.
Kaia on the other hand likes to explore new territory, and it's even better if she can jump into stagnant dirty water puddles!
What do you think she did when we found this large one?
Of course she did! What's more fun than that?
After going to the end of the forest and back, we found Le Chat waiting for us at the entrance.
We were soon running out of time, but with that perfect blue sky, I couldn't resist adding some distance in the neighborhood.
Not a cloud in sight!
As if I wasn't late enough, I also couldn't help it, and had a few espressos on the deck. Everybody knows I'm always late, so what's a few more minutes?
Kaia and Le Chat also enjoyed spending more time out there.
I didn't want to be too late though, because we were going to a Nirvana concert later. Nirvana? Yes I know Kurt Cobain ain't here anymore! It was a tribute to Nirvana played by a string Quartet in a church with candlelight! Very interesting!
Obviously not as powerful as the original songs, but very cool nonetheless. I think we'll go to similar concerts again.
And that was it. A great day to start the week end, and more steps than expected, but probably not enough to stay undefeated in #Poliac.
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
