Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was the day I left home to visit my hometown. But before that, like I mentioned yesterday, there was a lot to finish at home. I had to pull an all-nighter and even then I was super late, and not everything was complete, far from it actually. At least, that got me plenty of steps. We did take a break in the yard with Kaia and Le Chat. It was very wet and foggy.
Kaia already understood I was leaving soon, and her behavior was different. Le Chat was around, but I couldn't catch a picture.
And then mid-afternoon, off we went to the airport. Technically the following photos are from today, but it was all part of the same trip with a layover in Amsterdam.
There were lots of spiders behind the airport windows. This one looked like she was flying!
I rarely end up on a window seat, but this time I did for the second shorter flight. Perfect for great views. First above the clouds.
And when getting closer to Lyon in France, the magnificent Alps, with that high peak that I'm assuming is Mont Blanc.
And finally, just before landing, it was cool seeing all that mist in the background, while it was very sunny.
Overall, the trip went well. Both flights were slightly early actually, that doesn't happen very often. Let's see now what kind of activity I'm able to do while in or around my hometown.
