Today I came with a recipe. Today I am sharing a recipe of potal with you. I don't really like potal vegetables. But after making the recipe like this, it is very good to eat. This is potal's bharta recipe. I tried to eat potal vegetables a little differently. This bharta was very tasty with hot rice. If you want, you can easily make the recipe at home. Necessary Materials

Mustard oil

coriander leaves

Step - 1
First I had some bottles in my fridge and I took them out. Then I cut the pottles into somewhat thick slices.

Then I put these slices in a pan with enough water to boil. I added some salt with it.

In this way, I have boiled the pots first. I put them in the oven for about seven to ten minutes and cooked them through.

Then I took the pots to the table. Then I started kneading them very well. I kneaded them for about 5 minutes. I took this paste in a bowl.

After that in a pan add enough amount of soybean oil and add chopped onion and chopped green pepper. Add garlic cloves and a little black cumin.

After that, shake everything well and fry it for a while. Then I gave the potal paste there.

Then I added tomato paste. Then I mixed again by shaking.

Then I added some salt. As I added some salt while boiling the potal, salt should be added accordingly. Then I broke the fried dry chilies and gave them there.

After giving everything, I shook it for a while, chopped the coriander leaves and took it off the stove. This is how the recipe was made.
