If you regularly follow my posts and are reading this, you know that lately, I’ve been focused on affiliate marketing.
My earnings are still small, but what’s important to me is that sales continue to come in, even if it's one by one. Honestly, I didn’t expect anything this month, but I was surprised that there were still sales, and I am grateful to God for that.
The common reason why people don’t push towards their goals is that they don’t see any development. People tend to be impatient. Although I'm not like that, it’s really pleasing to see immediate results.
I have never hit a thousand views on my TikTok before, but just the other day, one of my videos reached that milestone.
I’m usually in the 400 - 700 views range, which is important to me because I use this data to figure out how to improve what I do, like the posting time, video cover, etc.
Yesterday, I thought of creating a website for my affiliate marketing because I think it would help me promote better.
In case you didn’t know, I also know how to create WordPress websites.
So, I looked for the cheapest deal and found Hostinger. If I subscribe for 48 months, it will be super cheap—huge savings—so I’m planning to grab this.
Having a site for affiliate marketing is great because, despite the existence of ChatGPT, people still turn to Google for reviews, products, and more. And if you have a website, there’s a big chance that it could be one of the options Google suggests, which would have my affiliate link.
So that’s my plan. I think this is the most affordable option, and I’m really excited to see what improvements or disappointments will come after a year.
I’m giving this project at least one year before I decide if it’s worth it, if there’s a future in it for me, and if it’s really meant for me.
