I don't think he ever intends to make good on this promise. Too many endorsements from large banks and corporate tycoons who would oppose him. Nice idea tho. But it doesn't matter anyway. Kamala is showing higher ratings, so I guess maybe we'll see if her cabinet has an interest in this matter.
