I have the same… I tend to fall asleep at 1am but get woken by the sun that rises here at 5:04am ☀️
I layered some curtains this morning, hope it helps a bit.

Ah, yes, that's not much sleep at all. I find that if I use something to cover my eyes, that it helps a lot, like a soft cloth, or an eye mask. I hope that the curtains help! Thank you Jackie! Happy weekend to you! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
