I think I finally didβ¦ for now. I decided to get up in the morning no matter what time I fell asleep. Eventually my body will learn it needs to sleep before midnight to get enough rest. Tough love ππ

Ehh, barely worked yesterday as I had a coffee which I very rarely drink these days and it kept me up till 4am again π So I slept till midday again today, but Iβll keep trying. Going back to reality in January wonβt be fun if I donβt get my sleeping patterns back to normal π
