The power is in your hands, you shouldn't let the spirit of fear take charge

I draw much inspiration from this sentence. We need to face our fears squarely. I understand the pain associated with losing someone. I lost two siblings within 11 months. It wasn't easy to manage but thank God that I faced the fear and healed.
