Moon Karts: My Game Activity and Progress + My Results in Season 15 + My Next Seasonal Goals
Moonkarts is a Hive-based arcade race game with nice graphics and good gameplay that is part of the games featured on the Arcade Colony platform.

On Moon Karts, time is marked by seasons that last 10 days and to which are linked two seasonal Leaderboards (Ranked Leaderboard and Orbitals Leaderboard) that award the best players with amounts of COLONY tokens that depend on the game results and the amount of staked COLONY tokens that each player has.
On Moon Karts, a few hours ago, season 15 ended and season 16 began, which will end in 9 days and 21 hours.
In today's post, I share my game activity and progress on Moon Karts and in particular I share the game results and rewards I achieved during season 15 and my new goals for the current season.
Moon Karts is a fun game for me but the current problem is the difficulty in starting a race in Ranked Play because there are still few active players and the wait time to start a race can be very long.
I hope in the future the team will find a solution such as ghost riders who do not receive rewards but allow races to start.
However, I have noticed a shorter wait to play a race than in the past and this is a positive aspect.
I didn't count the number of races I played in season 15 but I think I played about 25-30.
Today I went to the Notification section to make the Claim of the season 15 rewards and to see my seasonal results.
In season 15 my results were:
- 18th place in the Ranked Leaderboard - Reward: 5341 COLONY
- 12th place in the Orbital Leaderboard - Reward: 1452 COLONY
Compared to season 14, I improved my position in the Orbital Leaderboard (18th vs. 20th) and improved, albeit slightly, the rewards I received
Based on the market value (Highest Bid) of the COLONY tokens and based on the market value of the HIVE token, I calculated the value in SWAP.HIVE and dollars of the seasonal reward I received today.
I received a total of 6793 COLONY = 8.82 SWAP.HIVE = $2.68
In the last 3 seasons I have earned 14607 COLONY = 18.97 SWAP.HIVE = $5.76
COLONY tokens in addition to being the in-game rewards on Moon Karts are also important because on Moon Karts there is a mechanism similar to the SPS boost mechanism on Splinterlands and based on the amount of COLONY tokens staked you can have a Bonus Multiplier.
For this reason, I have set an accumulation goal for COLONY tokens and would like to reach an amount of 100K COLONY staked as soon as possible.
Thanks to the rewards I earned by playing in season 15 and thanks to the COLONY tokens I earn from daily airdrop as SPS and GLX stakeholder, today I was able to add +6911.02 COLONY to my stakes.
I now have 60103.19 COLONY staked and have made progress toward my goal!
In the current season I will continue to play and continue to have fun.
My goals for season 16 are the same as I set in season 15 and have not yet achieved:
- play at least 40 races
- arrive at least in the top 10 of the two leaderboards.
Today I also modified the Preset of my Kart because I removed a booster that I used very rarely during the previous season.
This modification will save FUEL and consequently allow me to accumulate more of it to use in the future.
I like to monitor the market value of the tokens of the games I play and/or have invested in, and I will conclude this post with a small focus on the market value of COLONY tokens and SCRIPT tokens.
In the next two images you can see the changes in value in HIVE and dollars recorded by the COLONY token and the SCRIPT token over an 8-day time interval (January 31, 2025 - January 8, 2025)

Moon Karts: La mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi + i miei risultati nella stagione 15 e i miei prossimi obiettivi stagionali
Moonkarts è un Hive-based arcade race game che fa parte dei giochi presenti sulla piattaforma Arcade Colony.

Su Moon Karts il tempo è scandito dalle stagioni che durano 10 giorni e a cui sono collegate due Leaderboards stagionali (Ranked Leaderboard e Orbitals Leaderboard) che premiano i migliori giocatori con quantitativi di token COLONY che dipendono dai risultati di gioco e dal quantitativo di token COLONY staked che ogni giocatore possiede.
Su Moon Karts, da poche ore, è terminata la statione 15 ed è iniziata la stagione 16 che terminerà tra 9 giorni e 21 ore.
Nel post di oggi condivido la mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi su Moon Karts e in particolare condivido i risultati e le ricompense che ho ottenuto durante la stagione 15 e i miei nuovi obiettivi per la stagione in corso.
Moon Karts è un gioco divertente per me ma il problema attuale è che non è sempre facile giocare nel Ranked Play perchè i giocatori attivi sono ancora pochi e il tempo di attesa per iniziare una gara può essere molto lungo.
Ho comunque notato una minore attesa per giocare una gara rispetto al passato e questo è un aspetto positivo.
Non ho contato il numero delle gare che ho giocato nella stagione 15 ma penso di averne giocate massimo 30.
Oggi sono andato nella sezione Notification per fare il Claim delle ricompense della stagione 15 e per vedere i miei risultati stagionali.
Nella stagione 15 i miei risultati sono stati:
- 18° posto nella Ranked Leaderboard - Reward: 5341 COLONY
- 12° posto nella Orbital Leaderboard - Reward: 1452 COLONY
Rispetto alla stagione 14 ho migliorato la mia posizione nella Orbital Leaderboard (18 vs 20) e ho migliorato anche le ricompense ricevute che sono state leggermente maggiori.
In base al valore di mercato (Highest Bid) dei token COLONY e in base al valore di mercato del token HIVE ho calcolato il valore in SWAP.HIVE e in dollari della ricompensa stagionale che ho ricevuto oggi.

I token COLONY oltre ad essere le ricompense di gioco su Moon Karts sono anche importanti perchè su Moon Karts c'è un meccanismo simile al meccanismo SPS boost su Splinterlands e in base al quantitativo di token COLONY staked è possibile avere un Bonus Multiplier.
Per questo motivo ho fissato un obiettivo di accumulo per i token COLONY e vorrei raggiungere un quantitativo di 100K COLONY staked nel più breve tempo possibile.
Grazie alle ricompense che ho guadagnato giocando nella stagione 15 e grazie ai token COLONY che guadagno dall'airdrop giornaliero come SPS e GLX stakeholder oggi ho potuto aggiungere +6911.02 COLONY al mio stake.
Adesso ho 60103.19 COLONY staked e ho fatto dei passi in avanti verso il mio obiettivo!
Nella stagione in corso continuerò a giocare e continuerò a divertirmi.
I miei obiettivi per la stagione 16 sono gli stessi che avevo fissato nella stagione 15 che però non ho ancora raggiunto:
- giocare almeno 40 corse
- arrivare almeno nella top 10 delle due leaderboards.
Oggi ho anche modificato il Preset del mio Kart perchè ho tolto un booster che ho utilizzato molto raramente durante la stagione precedente.
Questa modifica mi permetterà di risparmiare FUEL e di conseguenza mi permetterà di accumularne un quantitativo maggiore da utilizzare in futuro.
Mi piace monitorare il valore di mercato dei token dei giochi in cui gioco e/o in cui ho investito e concludo questo post con un piccolo focus sul valore di mercato dei token COLONY e dei token SCRIPT.
Nella prossime due immagini puoi vedere le variazioni di valore in HIVE e in dollari registrate dal token COLONY e dal token SCRIPT in un intervallo di tempo di 8 giorni (31 gennaio 2025 - 8 gennaio 2025)
