We all are just entered in new year and we spent 365 days which means we learned a lot of life lessons. As life is the biggest school where we learn different lessons. In the 2023 i learned a lot of lessons but the one which I get as a lady is the most important.

The lesson I learned!!!
Being a Lady, we included ourselves in different stuffs, we set some hard goals and we start to chase those goals and worl hard for them as we know if Ladies start to think something then do it in every condition.
In 2023 i set many goals, I set a goal to do a physical job and i did a school job for whole year, although my salary wasn't much high but I want to do a job because i don't want to waste my studies.
I start to use hive and try to be consistent here everyday to put a good impression on hive and want to grow faster here on hive.
I spent my most time with family and being a lady it's my duty to take care of them and many home chores was my duty which still are my duty. And I put myself into many home chores.
What was the point???
Actually i was so busy in my goals and with family that i almost forgot about myself, i never gave priority to myself. Although my goals are also for myself but still there's something which is missing and that's important.
What was missing in all that??
My health care was missing, my rest time was missing, because whenever I've had time i start to spend time on working on my goals and in the result that i suffered with routine headache and it's the severe thing which i got at the end of year. With routine headache i got muscle pain which was obviously due to over working. A human body and mind needs rest as it's a machine which needs rest.
So, the biggest lesson being a lady i got, that we shouldn't set hard goals, we should give priority to ourselves, we should give rest to ourselves, we should set Me time because if we don't feel good then we can't do nothing in good ways.
