I Got A New Batch of Games To Sell

in Hive Gaming5 days ago

I was shopping around, seeing if there were any deals going on, and came across a few. There had been a few week's worth of a drought as far as deals went, and I even wrote a post about it a couple of weeks back.

I figured that due to the summer being over, the deals were kind of done and people went back into hoarding mode. Well, that all changed this week.

I saw these online, put in an offer and luckily they hadn't sniped yet.

I paid €26 for these, including postage. Each of them has their manuals, and is literally good enough to put up online without needing to clean or check them over.

None are particularly rare, but they range from €6 - €18 each. It's not the greatest deal, but it's still not bad. Obviously, value is determined by the customer, something could be worth €5,000, but if nobody is willing to pay that, it's a dust gatherer.

For the next deal, I'm going to start off with these guys.

I've never played Skylanders, but I understand that there is this pad that you put figures on, the pad reads it while plugged into the Xbox, and those characters become playable within the game. Fairly cool concept but I have no idea what the game is.

I got these, and the Skylanders game as part of the next deal.

The two large stacks have all of their manuals, and the small stack doesn't.

These were up for €80, so I put in an offer, looked at what else the person had for sale, and asked if it was possible to buy these, and a few other things as one lot.

We came to a deal, which was about €120, including postage. I'm fairly happy with that deal. There are some good titles among this lot which go for a good price, and I picked up a bunch of things just for me.

These were the other games I got, not including the 6 from the first picture.

The big stack has manuals, and Jak and Daxter 1 does not.

I never played Jak and Daxter, or the Ratchet and Clank series, or God of War, so I bought those mainly for myself, and when I'm finished I'll put them up online.

That's the cool thing about picking up bundles like this, there is a chance to play and go back to games I may not have played, as well as being able to move things around and make a few bob on the side, all in all, it's a win-win.

Those Skylander game figures are cool concept. I haven't played a game which utilizes this concept. I never heard of the game too.

I have no idea what the game is like so I might give it a go, I often see these figures around but have never picked any up.

I'll give it a go and might write a post about it, in my mind I think it's like a smash bros game, but could be totally wrong.
