Yesterday I was scrolling through the FB Marketplace, and saw an add for a PS2 Console, Two Controllers, A Guitar and Dongle, as well as a bunch of games, for one €50.
I showed it to Aimee, and she replied, "I want to play guitar hero." So, I sent the guy a message asking if it was still available, and he said it was.
Due to low price, I didn't even bother haggling, because it was extremely fair, so I organised a day, and collected it.
Here's the stack of games, alongside the guitar.
It was a lot of fun playing this; last night after Kaleb went to bed, me and Aimee had a guitar hero night in the spare room.
We stayed up until about 12:30 - which is fairly uncommon for us - and played through about 3 stages of the career mode.
Guitar Hero is such a fun game, especially playing it with people, as you can sit back and enjoy the song the other person is playing, when it isn't your turn.
I have to say, this is the cleanest, and most complete bundle I've bought yet.
Every game has its manual, map, and any other bits and pieces they came with originally, and the boxes, covers, and discs are in really good shape.
The only damaged one is Fifa, but that's not a big deal.
I've been wanting to play Bully for a while.
This game is so much fun, but my only experience playing it, was on a Wii, a very long time ago. I've been meaning to pick it up over the years, and now I don't only have one copy, but two, from the same bundle.
It was called Canis Canem Edit, because people thought that Bully wasn't a good name for a video game.
Each copy comes complete with manual, and map.
This game goes for about €15 alone, so I may sell a copy and keep a copy. Both are in great shape, so it doesn't matter which.
If one was incomplete, however, I'd have kept that, and sold the complete copy.
Guitar Hero 3 even comes with the original stickers.
Only three are missing, which isn't a big deal, and the fact that it comes with this, will most likely boost the value.
Me and Aimee are going to play this until we're board of it, or complete it, whichever comes first, and then I'll most likely sell it on.
We're looking at other Guitar Hero games we can pick up for the PS2, so I don't think we'll be getting rid of it anytime soon.
I was playing Ratchet and Clank, while Kaleb slept earlier.
The console is in great condition, and is relatively dust free.
Buying a PS2 in CEX, would set you back about €105, so all in all, I done good with this bundle right here.
I'm going to keep this in Aimee's house, along with a few games, and the controllers, since I have one in my own house.
I don't like the idea of selling electronics on eBay, but I might do in the future.
