I remember you having mentioned your dream home over past posts. Not only be the Handyman, but an almost Hands-On like the Contractor who oversees the whole project in detail. When I committed to my total Tenant suite renovation in 2022, there were plenty of unexpected things so prompt decisions I had to make. Considering the scope of your project I'd agree that remote supervision by video is not enough, it's just you have to be there. It's YOUR home, take charge.
