You seem to know exactly what you are doing and I applaud you for that. Golden yam is one of my absolute favorites. Add liver sauce with onion sauce to that and it is pure heaven.
I like how you added all the detail there is to know and whatever questions the reader had in my was answered.
Have you considered growing your yams though?
