Welcome to my Actifit Report for Friday, 15th November 2024.
The month is half😁
It is Friday, and Fridays are for cds.
Yes, we are back again in this environment 🙌
And gladly, I went to cds on time before the Zonal inspector closed the gate 😃
I relaxed for a while before they brought broom for our group, and we swept our space.
Then, start down, and the meeting commenced with standing and singing the nysc anthem.
Attendance was taken afterwards, and we went for group cds sanitation.
The topic - Your mental health : Coping with stress.
We did this for 30 minutes before we came back to our stand and received a health talk on tuberculosis away.
I went to my flooded house after the meeting to check how things are there.
And gladly, the water reduced.
I washed the toilet, kitchen and small veranda before going back to my friends place.
Well, I washed them after soliloquizing.

I couldn't wash the room because water were still much inside.
The mark above is the level the water that entered reached.
But it is reducing.
I came back ate something before calling it a day.
