The days of autumn continue to bless the mushrooms (¨FungiFriday¨)

in FungiFriday8 months ago

Ugh, how the days go by, incredible that we are almost concluding the week, but first, we take a break to visit this wonderful ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  and share with you photographs of our mushroom searches. What a joy to have material to participate in this wonderful challenge ¨FungiFridayContest¨:   from our friend @ewkaw whose purpose is to share the different chanterelles that are in your city, but at the same time, and what I like the most about this initiative, is that you can get to know chanterelles that they share every Friday our hivian friends from all over the universe

Autumn has arrived in my city for more than a month, and unlike other years, this one is being rainy and hot, which makes the weather ideal for mushrooms to have a great growth. Visiting the nature reserve every week is a real pleasure, we are finding species that we had not seen before, like this beautiful specimen, which from its appearance I presume is a family called ¨Agaricales¨:  because of the way it is and the presence of the ring, I would say that it is a ¨Macrolepiota¨¨procera¨: Finding species that I have not seen before is what excites me every week on going out in search of mushrooms

Although this is one of those mushrooms that we see most frequently on the property, perhaps a couple of times a year, it always causes me great emotion. If you regularly follow my posts you will know that I am referring to this fungus called ¨Pycnoporus¨ ¨sanguineus¨:  and what excites me to find it is not its beautiful presence and its striking color, what excites me to find it is because it is a particular mushroom and it is useful for many things

This is another of those favorite mushrooms, it is known as ¨Neolentinus¨¨lepideus ¨:   I really like its appearance, it makes me think that it is a sesame bread, and the truth is that it makes me want to take it home and prepare a recipe with it, but I understand that It is not edible. A type of fungus that develops on trunks, wood or branches of trees, which needs heat and humidity in the environment to develop

What a great idea our friend @ewkaw has had in creating this community and this challenge, it allows us to enjoy going for a walk every week in search of mushrooms to share with you. I am very happy that this year's autumn is blessing us with weather, which is very favorable for mushroom growth. It was a great deal to have acquired this camera ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ it takes really beautiful shots

Wow I have never seen organge mushrooms in my life before.

It's a shame dear friend @revolverocelotyt that you missed seeing this natural beauty
have a great day

Autumn's allure persists, painting nature with warm hues. Each day brings new beauty and tranquility. Embrace the season's magic before winter's embrace.

Yes dear friend @rem-steem, we are enjoying the weather, winter will soon come and all this beautiful magic will be lost
Thank you very much for this pleasant visit and support you give me.
have a great day

Enjoy!
Here winter is far away and weather will be very harsh till September 😔

Extremely difficult learning all the fungi one gets to see, waxy appearance on the last one would make me think twice before plucking or tasting.

Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend!

It is not easy to identify mushrooms, you have to be very careful.
As for the last mushroom, there are those who claim that it is edible, others say that it is a toxic variety, which means that there are conflicting opinions, it is best not to consume any type of mushroom that one is not sure if it can be consumed.

Thank you very much for the great support you give me

Have a great day

Grow you own when you know it is safe or buy has been the only good suggestion given when it comes to wild foraging.

Have a wonderful day as well!

The orange mushrooms look like a medicinal one that we buy in capsules. We do not see fungi in the city. How nice to spot those.

I realize how far you live, when you bring to my attention that you have autumn, while we have spring.

Best wishes friend.

Beautiful find. ☺️

These are sooo pretty @jlufer. I also see some fungis like these at our backyard during rainy days.

You always capture great photos of nature, @jlufer
Thank you for sharing them. I enjoyed a lot.
Happy weekend, my friend!

What a joy to know that you really enjoy my photographs, thank you very much dear friend @bloghound for appreciating and supporting my photographs
Have a beautiful day

You're always welcome, my friend!
