Photowalk at a Track Surrounded By Natural Views I am Alive and Thriving Challenge My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2025

in Actifityesterday

Asslamoalekum and hello to my #actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well and having a good time. I am also doing pretty well. Here I come up with another activity report. I am alive and thriving.

Today I got up very late in the morning because last night I had to travel to Sargodha. I returned at late night. That's why I went to bed very late. I had my breakfast 🥞 and departed to my workplace. We had to travel almost 70 km. So, in the evening, we returned to our home.

On Friday I had my dinner very early because I was feeling hungry. After having an early dinner, my friend Imran Khan contacted me and asked me to join in the evening walk.

So we decided to go for a walk on the rough track located on the bank of our village canal. This track is one of my favorites track for walking. I love to spend quality time with my friend Imran Khan here in this natural place.

We started walking and enjoyed Gupshup. The sun was almost setting in the west. It was about to dark. The water level in the canal was too low. In the evening most of the people of our village walk on this wonderful track which is surrounded by beautiful natural views.

My friend Imran khan recently joined Hive; during the walk, I taught about energy waves. He wasn't aware of ecency waves so far. He posted his first #ecency wave. He took a picture of the reddish sky; the view of the setting sun was something very beautiful. He is a quick learner. He is learning each and every aspect of the hive.

During the walk, we came across a siphon. It was almost full of water. The view of Syphon was a treat to watch. I took a picture of it. I hope you will enjoy it.

During the walk, I also took a selfie with my friend Imran Khan. I asked him to post daily activities on Actifit, and he has been doing the same for the last week. I helped him post on Actifit.

We are very fond of walking and we don't miss our walking activity. I always try to give quality time to myself. So that I couldn't remain healthy. That's why I am, Alhamdulillah, slim and fit. My weight is 73, and for the last couple of years, my weight has remained the same. It is a great achievement for me.

At last, I will give you a piece of advice to all my #hive fellows that do give at least one hour daily to your fitness. If you compromise on health, you will struggle in life. Do give quality time to yourself.

Actifit plays a vital role in maintaining my health. It reminds me of my walking activity.

If you like my today's activity report. Do give your feedback in the comments section. Thanks for stopping by. By till the next blog. ALLAH Hafiz.
