This kind of question @priyanarc
I think this is the first time I've had to write about it.
That happens to me with failure.
I've never thought about the situations, and my everyday performances have kind of been a failure.
Maybe it's because when things happen that are not as I expect, a dilemma always opens up in me: the bad news is that I couldn't get there and the good news is that I found a way to get to where I want, which maybe I didn't see before.
The fact that for each thing, sometimes it is uphill, or that going towards a situation is controversial or difficult, always leads me to ask myself and what is the good, healthy, novel, salvageable thing about what happened?
For example...
A few days ago a good friend was telling me about her husband and she told me that Pedro was a failure. I have known my friend's husband for years and I can say that Pedro has not failed in life.
Circumstances have not always been favorable for him, but he built a family that loves him, with a wife who has taken care of him until learning to inject him to help him. I develop a profession that is his passion. Under another country circumstance (Venezuela), the situation would be different for Pedro.
He has a noble, kind character, he is a person who is easy to love.
That he did not privilege, or prioritize in life decisions that would have him in other circumstances, is feasible.
But I fail "ever" in his shoes, there is a man who has fought for his life in multiple circumstances and has won. And he's willing, I know, to throw out the rest. I told my friend Sofia, keep accompanying him in the fight.
That's how you guys are!
To describe things in life as failures seems to me very heavy, blunt and useless, it's like a ballast that doesn't help at all.
The things I'm writing about today have helped me a lot with my kids.
