It is a biological necessity ...

Come on, folks, go exercise.

Exercise is cumulative while you're doing it, whether it's 20' minutes in the morning, 15' in the afternoon, a 5' minute treadmill....something is something, but don't leave it for later.

But when you don't do it you get rusty and suffer quick punishment with tiredness, joint pain, contractures etc. So keep the habit of moving the skeleton 😂

It's a biological necessity, moving our body, people, is not a fit fad.

If, I am an older adult, I must be clear that exercise is not optional. That I must limit the time in front of TV screens, social networks in order to exercise my mind, in this way I can maintain my autonomy to live my life fully...

For once in our lives let's love life and especially ours, if for so many years of my life I have given so much for others, I have decided that the years that God gives me from now on, I will dedicate myself exclusively to myself, I will love myself more, I will enjoy myself, I will walk, I will dance, I will make new friends, and I don't know how, but I will start doing new, different things.

For example, my people, if in my environment they look at me as a "freak", I won't care, anyway, I've already learned that "I shouldn't take what people think and say, personally" and today I'm convinced that I love and fascinate who I am, because I'm unstoppable, healthy, abundant, grateful, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, light on the way and darkness many times with myself, I've discovered that I love myself as I am.

I have done this that I have just written to you and I add how independent I am, I have always worked, I currently have the correct weight, I do gymnastics, yoga, and swimming. I don't watch a lot of TV either which gives me a lot of mental autonomy.

We have to move as much as we can, at my house there are many things to do on weekends, for example: planting, watering my garden, cooking treats for my husband and I, sorting drawers, and so I'm always on the move, and then rest, because not everything is movement 😂.

Doing nothing for "others" and doing it for ourselves is also a good and necessary habit.

When we are older adults...

Exercise gives us freedom, less worries, and an environment that promotes a fulfilling life.

The most valuable youth is integral health.

With her there is no age, old age comes with the loss of health, so with my daily movement and exercises by biological necessity I will have optimal health and youth forever.

It's my key...

I think that the less flexible we are, we will have flexible personalities, I have more skills in solving problems.

I am focused on ensuring my own health and stability. To be independent regardless of age. Mobility is definitely essential for my autonomy. Staying active is linked to my autonomy, in my physical and mental health. How do you maintain each stage in your life? How are you preparing your life for the future? Let's talk in comments.
