Good day fellow acitifiters, it's time for another exercise.
Today I did the following exercise:
First exercise is pull-ups. I did four sets with six repetitions. I'm still struggling to complete the six reps on the last set.
Next exercise is squats with a mineral water container. I did 4 sets with 18 repetitions on the first 3 sets then 20 repetitions on the last set.
Last is push-ups. I did 15 repetitions on the first two sets, then 17 on the third, and 18 on the last.
Here’s the report from the garmin app. As usual it shows inaccurate numbers.
I wanted to do hanging leg raises but I didn't have time. I needed to prepare because we're having dinner outside tonight. It'll be our last dinner together with my partner's mom as she will be going home to Antique tomorrow.
