I made pretzels again yesterday. I froze most of them, but the family had a few fresh-baked, and I baked another couple with experimental toppings from the freezer as a midnight snack. Everything bagel topping is good on soft pretzels!

thanks, I saved the recipe, how would I mix it without a dough hook for the mixer? Do you think I can do it by hand?
It can be done by hand, but it's a very thick dough, and hard on my wrists.

Maybe I will hold off on making them until I get a mixer or my hand heals.
