Thankfully, it's FriYAY π It's the last weekend before Christmas, so I can imagine a lot of office folks having their Christmas party. We've never had one at my work. That's fine by me, as I'm not really fond of them. π My daughter attended a few fun ones when she was working at the bank. I even got to join her a few times (not at the party itself but at the venue where it was held). Those were fun bonding moments. π
I personally do not enjoy going out much during this season. The traffic is horrible, and one wastes a lot of time in transit. It's no fun at all. That's one reason why my assistant Jenny dropped in this afternoon. She was in the area and asked me if I wanted to purchase anything.
Here I was thinking and planning to head down to a nearby liquor store to buy myself some red wine. I don't want to do more online purchases at this time. Deliveries mostly get delayed during the season. π Lo and behold, I have this to enjoy for the holidays. π Well, Jenny stayed for a while to rest a bit before heading for home. She did mention the terrible traffic. It took her three hours to travel earlier. She had to settle some dues at the Manila City Hall.
I finally remembered to take a photo of my mushroom truffle pasta dinner. It was so yummy. π Yup, definitely worth the purchase. Now I enjoy ready made pasta sauces. π
11 days and counting... π― After almost a full day of using mobile data to connect to the Internet for work, my connection was restored in the nick of time when I was about to print out receipts. πβ€οΈπ‘ I'm so thankful for good tech service. I'm glad I switched to this new provider more than a year ago now.
I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. Glad I received a little more credits this week on LL (for promoting my LL coop link). My next target is to get to $4.
It's time to wrap things up for the day. π My day off is coming in a few more hours. π€£ I've completed six nights of Simbang Gabi. Three more to go and then Christmas eve. Oh boy! Have a fantastic weekend! Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! π
