Amazing how time flies too quickly! I was just up early this morning, went about my day, and now it's almost bedtime again. 😦 Now, where did time go? 🤔😆

Alive&Thriving Chooseday Thoughts : The passage of time

I get many ideas for writing when I'm doing my morning cleaning chores. But when I get to the end of my day, my ideas vanish too quickly. 😆 I guess I not only get distracted but also get a bit too tired to think. 😒 No fun...

Yesterday I planned on sharing some photos from memories, but I had to pass as I realized the memories brought some sad thoughts. One was a vacation from back in 2017 when we had that vacation with Mom. I tried going over the photos to pick the really memorable one, but seeing Mom so full of life in the photos just made me sad. She's been gone three years but I still feel sad once in a while. They say time heals all wounds, but I think it leaves some scars behind. It doesn't erase the pain nor the sadness totally, but it somehow makes life livable and bearable.

Last week's episode of Agatha All Along was pretty interesting as it touched on time slip and one witch's journey through time. I know it's fictional and we do not really get to travel back and forth in time in our lives. It was a pretty fascinating concept though and makes us realize that ultimately we know where the road leads. I guess the question is what do we do with our remaining time? 🤔

As I'm ending my day, I don't really want to overthink. 😆 There's time for that tomorrow when I wake up to a brand new day. 🤞 For now, I'll focus on happy thoughts. That will help me have a more restful sleep.

I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I'm halfway to reaching $7 on LL. I'd say making this part of my daily habit helps keep me focused.

Our mothers have been gone for the same amount of time, 3 years, I have my mom's picture on my laptop so every time I open it I see her, Sometimes I cry and sometimes I rub her face and tell her how much I love her. I miss her so much so I understand you not wanting to post the photos, maybe in time, you can do so.

I think it's great that you try to focus on the positive at the end of the day. I also had to learn to switch my head off in the evening. As you say, tomorrow is another day. And the sad things in life teach us to appreciate the beautiful things all the better. With this in mind, I wish you a good night's sleep.
