I didn't understand that also. now for New Year's Eve all those hotels around us use a lot of fireworks and the nice clean area is full of smoke we close all windows for a whole night. We are glad at least here are no fireworks at Christmas. For your information, I am in India now and I will make my posts some from Norway and some from here.
