To start with it is not Paypal which they got kicked out of as so many other affiliate businesses, secondly it is available in almost any location on the planet including the US, and thirdly you can withdraw your funds to crypto.

They do, but I am not sure about terms though, I do know they have a debit card available in the US though, but you need to check what the terms are for Oman.
As to sending crypto to your Uphold account you find that under Trransact and then select Crypto Networks as the sender.
