Ok I think I have fixed the problem with the tipping bot regarding rapid tipping, you might have to test it though, just so we know that it is fixed, all feedback is welcome.

Yeah if you had just 1k or 2k ALIVE staked and tried to tip in rapid succession then it did not work, you would have not seen it since you have much more stake.
