I'm an odd duck so I would be surprised to find out if someone else has prepared this meal.
I start with toasting some multi-grain bread.
I spread some 100% pure peanut butter. I use to make my own peanut butter but now I have been able to get it from our co-op store.
I slice some kiwi and cover the peanut butter. No need to peel the kiwi.
Next layer is probiotic yogurt, zero fat, no flavoring.
What do you think?
Top it up with some honey.
I eat it with a knife and fork and find it most rewarding and enjoyable. It is very filling, tasty and a healthy source of some essential nutrients.
