If you have been following along my journey, you may remember the mentioning of number 3 being a powerful number in my travel. And, remember I mentioned we all have a superpower. We just need to figure out what it is so we can achieve our highest potential in life. My superpower is connection. I connect things and see how things are connected.
No, I do not seek attention. But, I do see how some attention seekers are able to disrupt the fabric of their own security blanket. And your security blanket as well if your not paying attention.
To foster connections is to become more aware. Connect the dots. Follow the money.
FJism Principle and Belief #3 is about raising your level of awareness of what is happening around you and how can it impact the next step of your journey.
There are tips, tricks and ways to raise your level of awareness and in my experience I have learned to be guided by a simple rule of thumb that goes like this....
Try to listen twice as long as you speak...
...and there are variations of this simple rule. Suffice to say, collect reliable and accurate data before you make an informed decision along your journey.
This morning I watched a YouTube video that I will share. It is sad and demonstrates that we do live in a #TooFuckeh world. There are no problems that cannot be solved. Some of these large problems can be solved with a simple desire to respect a life.
A statement made in the video was most telling for me.
...I saw 13 children that were shot in the head in the last 14 days... Tell me, this is not #TooFuckeh
I will say it again,
large problems can be solved with a simple desire to respect a life.
The easiest way to respect life is to not support the sending of arms to someone that has no respect for a life.
Once you have a reliable data collection system your confidence level is raised every time you witness a misrepresentation of what obviously happened. Now, since we live in a TooFuckeh world, your going to see a lot of wrong doing. Wrong doing by those who say they will save you and protect you from all evil. Let us think about that for awhile.
