Now that my mindset is right, I’ll be dropping the extra kilos in no time, you’re right. I crashed after the car crash and argument with my brother in February and it was extremely hard to get myself out of this low, but I’m on the other side now and I’m so relieved 😅

Always happy to hear from you Bob. I’m not quite back full time here yet and not sure if I will, but I’ll come and write whenever it wants to flow out of the depths of me 😘💙

        Well it's great to be at the top of the mountain with the right mindset. Glad to hear you overcame more obstacles. Stay safe always. I've had a bit of adventure this year so far and not always so active here. Life and hustle and bustle takes away from it at times. Take care Monika 😊
