Though trying a new brand of phone might have worked out for you but it is also risky, I still prefer to stick with phones I'm familiar with the brand.

Those people will never collect it back despite knowing that it was not the fault of the buyer, they believe once you have purchased the item whatever happens to it is no longer their concern.
