hello all actifit friends. Starting this morning I made coffee so that my body felt warm and my eyes wouldn't feel sleepy again. Yes, there are people who after drinking coffee feel like their eyes want to keep opening and can't sleep, but there are also people who after drinking coffee are the same as usual and there is no effect on them. 
morning is My grandmother really tries to exercise so that she can exercise even though sometimes at night she feels tired. I once asked.? Grandma doesn't like exercising and not wearing shoes. Grandma answered that there were several benefits for Grandma's body when she exercised in the morning and didn't wear shoes. Here, as you can see, my grandmother gets bread when she exercises by walking around my village. In my opinion, my grandmother is a great person, who is around 85 years old and is still strong enough to do sports activities in the morning and that's routine. 
after I ate the bread that my grandmother brought, my stomach felt hungry and I finally cooked the leftover rice from yesterday which was still in its place. The spices I use are shallots, garlic, large chilies and a little seasoning to add flavor. 
continued in the evening I went to the prayer room to teach the small children in my village so that in the future they would become successors who could benefit many person. 
after I did the activity there, I got news that my teacher had passed away and finally I and my friends decided to come there and do prayer so that my teacher who died can be at peace in a different realm from the one we are in now.
