Exercise in the evening is more beneficial than other times!
An observational study, recently published in Diabetes Care, showed that obese people who mostly (>50%) did moderate to vigorous physical activities between 6 pm - 12 pm, had more positive outcomes, than the morning ( 6 am-12 pm) and afternoon (12 pm - 6 pm) groups. The positive outcome comprised the lowest risk of mortality, cardiovascular diseases, and microvascular diseases (retinopathy, neuropathy & nephropathy).
