These last few days we have had a heat wave in Buenos Aires accompanied by high levels of humidity, it has been really unbearable, so for this weekend heavy storms have been forecast throughout the metropolitan area and CABA. The days become very heavy and it is often difficult to carry out daily activities.

Yesterday unexpectedly it started to rain in a very intense way that seemed like a deluge, the streets and subways were flooded, public transportation was in chaos and I had my camera with me in my backpack, I got off at a metrobus station and it occurred to me to take it out to take some pictures during the rain.

I can only take these photos because it was very uncomfortable to deal with the wind, people running and also it seems to me that I was not well placed, the camera was getting wet and that was a problem, especially when I tried to place the camera very close to the ground, there were drops everywhere.

I have been taking this kind of photos during and after a rainy day, but this time it was different.

Still, I thought some of these photos turned out very good. Buenos Aires is a beautiful city in all aspects and I particularly like those rainy and post rain scenarios, the days with a lot of fog are the best for me. I took these pictures in Belgrano neighborhood, you can see part of the landscape, Cabildo avenue and some buildings that adorn the area.
