Golden Hour, Streets and Buildings.
Hi everyone!
These last two days while walking through the streets of the Belgrano neighborhood I have enjoyed the golden hour hitting the streets and structures of the area. It's very unusual for me to have my camera on hand at these times of day, which is also a shame but even so, I prefer not to waste the opportunity to take some photos. I'm not sure if anyone other than photography can appreciate these details in relation to light, I think the golden hour offers a very beautiful and friendly light.
Today I want to share with you some of these photos that I took in a period of two days, they were spontaneous shots without planning a walk or anything like that.
This is a beautiful cathedral in the area, the sky was somewhat cloudy on this side of the street.
I love this shot!!! When I edited it I immediately knew I wanted it in black and white. I really like the composition, the pace of these people, a coming and going. The lady walking in front is wearing dark clothing and is on the shadow side, while the lady whose back is turned walks on the sunny side and wears lighter clothes.
The sky is extremely cloudy but that building in the background receives a strong hit of light.
Perspectives...
One of the modern buildings in the area, I decided to take a photo of it from this angle to accentuate its structure and shape, In this way you can see a triangle.
The same building, another angle, more horizontal shapes.
And... This is the building seen from afar.
I took the following photos yesterday, you can see that orange tone that the golden hour offers, this light came from behind and on the other side it looks cloudy. This is one of the metrobus stations in the city of Buenos Aires.
Closer, in the nearest station, the intensity of the light and the tones are more noticeable. A bus dropping off and picking up passengers and people waiting to cross the avenue. In editing I could reduce the intensity of light and make the tones softer but I wanted to make this intensity noticeable.
Finally, one of the residential buildings in the area. I hope you found some of these photos interesting :)
That's all folks! Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
