What a day to remember!
I'm happy to be alive in this new year.
Travelling from the South of Nigeria to the East for new year festivals was something that I love doing.
I packed my stuff, got ready for the movement which should begin from my doorstep.
I joined a taxi to the park where I got a ticket for a bus going to my location.
On getting there, things seemed different starting from the price to the quality of bus waiting for the passengers.
At first, was amazed about how things changed so fast in few weeks. The rush was so much and the quality of vehicle was too poor.
Complaining to the management seemed to be useless as their was much people to be conveyed to the same location.
Well, I just need to get into the bus heading to my direction. Mother nature would do me her favour of grace and mercies with God's supervision and supremacy.
After about an hour, we were shown a bus for the journey.
I joined the bus as the second passenger. We were a kind of okay (the one that has to do with no choice) as the bus proceeded to the highway.
After 3 hours, I got to my location with thanksgiving to my maker, God the Most High.
Thanks to God for preserving my dearest family throughout the year and also blessing everyone with one good thing or many of them.
