At work, we have colleagues who don’t receive a salary during the holidays. They are non-tenured and work on a ‘no work, no pay’ basis. I feel bad, especially during the Christmas party, knowing that they have to wait until the next month’s salary.

I was in that situation for almost 3 years and I cried most of the days during the holidays.
