Hi Jmis,
I think you have every right to see your chickens and you shouldn’t have a problem making a video call because it’s business and not trust.
I don’t know much about it but more about the amount of weight you should bet and say look it’s true that they weigh less but they are of better quality.
If feed costs too much then start studying how you can self-produce or increase the price a little by checking that it remains competitive.
Other breeders also have the same problem study as they do!

Yes I understand but it wasn't easy finding someone to care for them.
She really tried, I think the problem must be from the freeing them to walk around most times.

Will look more into this.
I was using cornstarch shaft to mix it with the feed, but since I wasn't around I couldn't get this.

I hope they add a little weight soon.
