Evening all
This is a sketch of Ryuji Takasu from the Anime ToraDora!
This was done over 12 years ago with a 2B pencil as is my usual go to pencil grade for all of my drawings.
The weird bulges on the side of his head are actually over ear headphones so please don't judge this too harshly.
At the time I didn't have colouring materials so it was all just pencil for shading.
Due to it's age I feel there is very little point in finishing it, so it will stay as it is for however long it lasts I guess.
Toradora! is a Japanese light novel series by Yuyuko Takemiya. First released in 2006 and ended in 2009.
This drawing was done while watching the Anime series.
The story follows Ryuji and his rather intimidating delinquent face that everyone is terrified of, which makes them avoid him.
It is a really good series and I have watched it many times and will continue to watch it for years to come.
The series is a romcom with some entertaining scenes where they main characters are trying to help their friends fall in love, but it all backfires and makes for some good chuckle moments.
It is definitely worth a watch and sitting at 25 episodes long it isn't a long series so is an easy weekend watch if you have the time.
