This recipe is a true work of art... beautiful presentation and a nostalgic, delicious twist on banana cake!

I tried a Thai corn-cake delicacy that looks similar to your banana cake. They wrapped it with palm leaves. it has a jelly-like consistency and a strong corn flavor to it :)

              yeah, it same method and ingredient, but we add corn for corn-cake :)

              In some variation, people also use maizena flour. But coconut milk is a must have ingredients :)
