It is freaky when you get to a certain age and people you know or read about have passed away and does make you take more care of what you eat and what you do.

Yeah, i don't even get checkups because I don't think that doctors for the most part really even know what the hell they are talking about... especially not over here where the medical system ranks in the bottom 20% of the world. They basically just give you a bunch of pills, the same ones, no matter what you are in there for.
