If we were serving the same God, we would all worship God the same way. If we were worshiping the same God, we would believe the same. But now there are differences in the way we worship our various gods. So, we are not serving the same God.
Knowing the God we serve is very important. This will help us in consecrating our lives for our God. We should not be mingling with unholy practices in the name of religion. Some of the doctrines being taught in various religious sects are misleading to those who listen to them. Some of the practices in many churches who are not following the commandments of God are in conflict with what the Bible says.
We believe in The Father; we believe in The Son; and we believe in The Holy Spirit. Many other religious groups do not believe in the sonship of Jesus Christ. They claim that God cannot have a son. But God is sovereign. He does as He pleases. There is nothing impossible for Him. So, our God has Jesus Christ as His only begotten Son.
