GAD Restaurant love these pictures on the wall 🧱

unfortunately it's too bright outside to take pictures

Work was ok today not so busy. My mind is blank today but I slept well which is a good thing not easy for me to sleep. Some friends called me a few days ago from my country and told me they will pray for me such nice people.

Maybe that's why I am calmer? What do you think? Do prayers from others affect the calmness within you?

I reread this becoming supernatural by doctor Joe Dispenza what he said it's true we keep going through life unconsciously without realizing it. I realize I'm changing into my old habit (bad habits) was asking friends what is going on with me if they know why I figured it out after reading the book again.

But most friends their solution is prayers for me which surprisingly works not sure how but it works I guess the positive energy that you mentioned reached me.

If we don't encounter novel experiences and challenges in our day-to-day lives, then we have to create them for ourselves, otherwise we become so habituated that growth stops. It's very good that you realized it!
