Went to work it was quite busy indeed
My daily gym works well I haven't missed a day which is a good sign

Today I just did

  • 10 minutes full body stretch
  • 5 minutes plank (varieties)
  • 5 minutes Run
  • 80 reps dumbbell curl
  • 80 reps dumbbell bench press
  • sauna 30 minutes

Good workout today I'm gonna do it again tomorrow see you all tomorrow ☺️
