I'm thinking if I should stop doing actifit because I start to keep missing out on writing due to work time sleep time even today I was so busy I can't eat or take a break from work even eating is rushed so we can go back to work to help our team.

I guess I just write like this whenever I'm able to and I might miss some days of the actifit report which I hate the most it's my routine but it's taken from me. Maybe this is another path of growth who knows. Let's see what happens in the future see you again tomorrow God bless you all take care and keep safe.

That is true all the hard work did pay off I guess I'm not used to the new stress it's quite overwhelming but I can feel it like a norm now for me which it's good because the body getting used to it.
