The truth is, no matter what the system is, there will always be those who try to bend it to their benefit. This is no different. It's the job of the government to ensure that they don't work and those who need the organs actually get them.

        Exactly that. There will always be someone trying to take advantage or benefit someone close to them. The tricky part is having to trust the government 100% when many of those manipulators end up being inside it.
