PAIN
It was an interesting evening last evening, and not in a good way. With the progression of my wifes cancer she is having pain. Headaches, shoulder pian, air pain, just pain.
But last night was bad, real bad.
20 months ago when we had our last appointment with her oncoligyst. And there where no more treatment options he informed us that if and when needed there is a pain treatment team ready for her.
My wife to tough as they come but I think she may finially be to the point where she is actually going to call the team and get some pain management put into place. I sure hope she does.
I usually encourage her, with out driving her nuts, but last night I pushed it a litle harder than I usually do. When someone tells you that if the intensity of the pain went on much longer it would be just as well off to kill themselves. That is bad pain.
So as I do, I started researching pain management. As I have researched just about everything with her cancer over the last 10 years. My go to is the National Libraray of Medicine. The article I am about to take quotes from is Clinical management of pain in advanced lung cancer by Claribel P L Simmons 1, Nicholas Macleod, Barry J A Laird
Now the type of pain my wife was having last evening more than likely is (as I am not a doctor):
"Many patients develop flares of pain, despite reporting acceptable analgesia for the majority of the day. The term given to this type of pain is breakthrough cancer pain (BTCP). Breakthrough pain has been defined as a ‘transitory exacerbation of pain in patients receiving chronic opioid therapy with acceptable analgesia.’12 Patients may be severely limited by breakthrough pain, which impacts greatly upon patients’ quality of life and causes psychological burden.13,14 Breakthrough cancer pain can either have rapid or gradual onset and can vary in duration from a few minutes to a few hours. BTCP may be spontaneous in onset with no known precipitant, or may be incident in nature with an identifiable precipitant, such as movement, or other triggers specific to the patient.15 The transitory nature of this pain poses challenges for management. Analgesia for breakthrough cancer pain therefore is required to mimic the profile of these episodes with rapid onset and short duration."
Last nights episode was a long duration event. And as I said above it was not nice.

I now set the release price of BBH to the markets daily. It is an open market so sometimes you can pick up deals when others are selling cheaper than my set price. The goal is to have 1 BBH = 1 Satoshi. I do a bit of math and get the price. If Bitcoin is stronger than Hive then the price of one BBH goes up and if Hive is strong than Bitcoin then the price goes down.

BBH MINER
Why am I selling BBH MIners:
Get in and stay in the top 20 Hive-Engine Witness Nodes. This will be done with continued support from the comuntiy and by buying WorkerBee tokens myself. This will give more stability and earn BEE mining rewards.
Use the BEE generated to finish funding the building of the BBH Tribe.
After that BEE generated will be fundled back into the Income Token to increase weekly payouts to BBH holders.
But for you, the people buying the miners, I have been asked, what is in it for you? And here is my answer:

Because in giving back the future will give back to me. Once BBH is doing what I want it to do, be it next year, 5 years, 10 years, I should be able to generate a passive income for myself.

BUILDING BBH
Today is Saturday. That means it is/was drip day. Now if you are not a regular reader of mine you are wondering what is drip day.
I run a income token and tipping bot all in one. The token is BBH. Every Saturday I payout the people holding BBH tokens. Passive income if you like. I like to call it a 'drip' of a token(s) to the people that own BBH tokens. And unlike some all you have to do is own it. No staking, no nothing.
If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive.
If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the Alive token, and CTP Tokens.
If you own 10,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, Alive, CTP, and $LEO tokens.
All just for owning BBH. There are two ways you can get BBH. First you can buy them from the open market. I use TribalDex myself.
Or they can be tipped to you. The great part about BBH tipping is that when you tip a token to someone else you do not loose any of your own. There is a central pool that supplies them.
